Reviews of Riad Rose Du Desert

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a main square was unbeatable and easy.
-
Gary
The room was kept clean and available with 2 older children, international channels, biscuits.
-
Barry
The hotel's location was central, away from the square. Moreover, it was very close to the outskirts of the main city as well as the centre of medina.
-
Martin
The location was magnificent down the back alleys and the staff here was very nice. And it was also close to the outskirts of the main city, and all other attractions.

Comfortable and easy location - close to Medina of Marrakesh. The breakfasts with the fruit.

Overall nice facilities and a really tasty breakfast with pancakes and baguette, for example. The very very nice staff all round. Great and lovely location to come from Train Station or Airport, and 15 minute walk from Souk of the Medina. And really close to many local restaurants, bars and local stalls selling all that may need, Marrakech for a couple of hours and the medina of Marrakesh...

Particularly good and amazing location to Jardin Majorelle Garden. Walking distance to a lovely market and a main market across the street.

The hotel is located in a very nice district, close to everything. It's in a residential area of the medina, making it easy to go to-and-from various of Marrakech's top sites. The rooms are decorated in traditional Moroccan style, with a window inside the riad, which is typical for riads in Morocco. The basic amenities are provided, including a shower and heating for free. The breakfast includes different pastries and fruits, although it could be more variable in the dishes served.
All aspects of this hotel were great.

The staff at the riad was excellent! They were there to help in anyway possible when needed. The breakfast was amazing and kept us going all through the morning. It felt like being at home and the feeling of security was also there. We all felt very safe and comfortable here. The rooftop terrace was great to take a break from the city and just relax in the sun. We would definatly recommend to stay here!
Just like in any other city or town in the world take care in the evening. Never be alone or carry anything that other people would be interested in. There was someone that had their bag taken from them late at night (3:00 or 4:00 in the morning) and the people that did it were not afraid to be known. They wanted money to give back all the items and they were seen a couple of times during the day hanging around. Use commen sense and do not carry valuable items with you in plain view, I am sure these guys will not be of any threat. We highly recomend staying at this Riad!!! It was really great!! Do not let this stop you from staying here, the city is great and the people are very friendly and wonderful!

The Owner of this riad is very friendly guy, I have received very warm welcome and also during the stay. This place is almost new. Therefore the facilities are quite new.
The location, it took me quite some times to be able to find this riad. It has no sign at all, even on the door.

The Riad was great and the staff friendly and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the square, quality hammam/spas and good food.
There are actually 2 riads - one is a couple of doors down from the other. I was situated in the further away one which the staff did not work in. This meant it was often dark and deserted and not entirel comforting for a solo female traveller. The wifi was not in this Riad.

I had fantastic food for breakfast with different pastries. The hotel has marvellous location very close to the centre of medina, the main square in the Medina and Take a taxi to the Kings palace. It also was prepared to pay what I thought to be a fair price from the airport.
